We aspire to empower every 'micropreneur' to focus on business growth rather than spend hours chasing customers for payment. SpiderG provides a digital solution to help businesses in collecting and disbursing payments on-time from a single platform. We take care of complete payments, reconciliation, and record-keeping through our easy-to-use and efficient app. SpiderG also features smart dashboards and informative reports. Our target market is SMEs and startups in India. SpiderG helps entrepreneurs send automated recurring invoices with a payment link, receive online payments for invoices, and make payments for salaries, reimbursements, and vendor bills. All accounts are reconciled in real-time with reports and dashboards.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Resolve customer queries and complaints
2. Maintain a professional approach in answering calls
3. Provide information about products and services
4. Take input of issues and their redressal thereof
5. Maintain records of transactions and interactions
6. Take appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required
7. Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal
Note: To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and try to help them as much as possible.
