Process Type: Inbound Voice Process
Designation: Customer Care Executive
Qualification: 2nd PUC or Higher
Shift Timings: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 6 Days working, 1 Day Rotational Week Off
Languages: English + Kannada + Hindi
Experience: Fresher/Experienced
Salary: 13064 CTC, 11145 Take Home
Training: Approximately 2 months
Work Loc.: Richmond Road, Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Handling the inbound calls of customers related to queries, complaints, technical issues, etc. Giving proper resolution to the call.
- Being updated with the latest information.
- Giving proper communication for all the calls.
- No out calling required.
SBI Collections/Recovery Process: Process Type: Outbound Collections Voice Process
Designation: Customer Care Executive
Qualification: 2nd PUC or Higher
Shift Timings: 9AM to 6PM
Working Days: 6 Days working, 1 Day Rotational Week Off
Languages: English + two or some South Indian Language.
Experience: Fresher/Experienced
Salary: 13064 CTC, 11145 Take Home + incentives from Rs. 2000 to 45000.
Training: 30 – 45 days
Work Loc.: Richmond Road, Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Collect outstanding debts from clients and achieve collection target to ensure positive cash flow.
- This position is responsible for day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining daily records and the customer details.
- Proper follow-ups and timely closure of due debt collection.
