Job Description
Customer Service Associate (CSA) for Reliance Retail
Key Responsibilities
ü Organizing the products in the racks properly
Demonstrating and presenting products to the prospects
Receiving of stock for replenishment
Maintaining accurate records of the product & daily sales
Reviewing sales performance
Sometimes home delivery of the product
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
1. Working : 6 days working, Saturday/Sunday Working and Working on Festival day, Weekly Off: Rotational 1 day in a week
2. Leave : 2 days in a month
3. Train & Hire Model: Candidates will have to undergo 20 hrs of online training on Jio Meet before the interview
