About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms
2. Coordinate closely with fashion stylists to curate personalized outfit suggestions in a timely fashion
3. Ensure the client data is provided correctly and saved securely by managing the inhouse data among the clients and stylists
4. Coordinate with the website development team to ensure that the online customer experience is smooth and sharp
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and promote brand awareness through social media channels
6. Assist in revising and refreshing the website content for enhanced customer experience

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per month at end of the complete internship period).
