Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
2. Identify and assess customer needs to provide accurate information and effective solutions
3. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
4. Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to relevant departments for continuous improvement
5. Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
