1. Assisting customers with inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues promptly
2. Managing and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring all details and documentation are up to date
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall service quality
4. Conducting research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in customer feedback, contributing to process improvements
5. Supporting the creation and maintenance of customer support materials, including FAQs and knowledge base articles
