Job Description
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Answer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Research required information using available resources ( internal systems)
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Input customer information on CRM system correctly
- Identify and escalate priority issues to Team Lead
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs
- Responsible for out-bound sales calls.
- Explain services, prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Manage client referrals and process as appropriate.
- Engaging positively with prospective customers to ensure an understanding of products and services & maintaining an adequate lead to conversion rate.
- Identifying customer needs effectively in order to maximize all sales opportunities and explain added value services
- Achieve and exceed KPI's
- Able to generate new business and close deals in shortest time possible
- Provide sales support to team as required.
