Job Description
- Greet the Customers that visit the store
- Understand their requirement and guide them to the correct counter
- Help the customer to try the Jewelry
- To ensure and takes the basic information form the customers.
- To Build a positive and delightful rapport with the customer during the sales process.
- Prepare weekly reports and submit the same to the management.
- Customer follow up calls to be made once the customer buys or leaves the store without any purchase of the product.
- Handling the Emails and Calls from the customers and taking the feedback in terms of sales from the customers.
