Customer Service Executive
Job Description
- Female candidate required with Hindi / kannada / English
- Tracking the dispatched shipments and making sure of the delivery of the shipments on time to the customers.
- Reductions of Escalations, solving the problem and doing the RCA to reduce the escalations.
- Sending the emails to the 3rd party vendor's to provide a shipments on time without any delay and damages and raising the tickets for damages to the Insurance company.
- Ability to understand the customer and taking corrective measures to solve the customer issue.
