We are looking for a customer service executive to support our HR and payroll management solution from our Hubli Office
Job Role will involve supporting customers through phone and email requests and online sessions. providing training, making documentation, testing new features, finding bugs, and feedback on improvement of current systems.
Ideal candidate should have the following qualities- Strong Written and Verbal Communication- Strong Interpersonal Skills to work in a Team- Willing to take ownership and responsibility as a team member- Fast Learner- Willing to step out of comfort zone, to achieve career growth
Atleast 1 year experience.
