Customer Service Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to the service team in India & APAC
· Use of our Customer Relationship Management tools: maintain the
· database, create new user account in SAP, keep accurate data about customer details, warranty and service contracts.
· Order spare parts and consumables from factories and monitor timely delivery according requirements from customers as well as import/ export.
· Prepare shipping documents for incoming/outgoing parts to factory for repairs.
· Assist with conferences, exhibitions and workshops as necessary.
· Send out invoices to customers in a timely manner in close cooperation with the Service and finance team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above Business Administration, Finance or related Customer Support field
Skills and Experience
· 2-4 years’ previous experience in service/customer support, logistical coordination
· Advanced working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel and CRM
· Familiar with local logistic process & documentation
· Excellent language skills in spoken and written English
