Job Description
Eligibility criteria -
- Candidate must have knowledge of shipping and logistics - Fresher ok.
- Languages - Fluent Hindi and English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities -
- E-mail communication with Indian and overseas clients, shipping lines, customs brokers, freight forwarders and overseas counterparts
- Telephonic communication with dock personnel, transportation companies, etc.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft office for the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports
- Should be a quick learner capable to resolving problems at a personal level
- Should be willing to actively undertake day to day data entry and routine assignments
