- Others: Yearly Bonus on Completion of 1 year
- Key Skills Required:customer care Communication Skills
- Call Handling
- Follow ups/Pending cases
- Reading from script
- Target Achievement of calls
- Call entries of every patient and SOP Adherence
- MIS Reports making
- For Female, Timing: Between 6 am to 9 pm no night shift ( 9hr Shift timing)
- For Male, apart from above-mentioned shifts there will be afternoon shift (i.e. 3 pm to 12 am) for this extra allowance will be given as no pick and drop facility will be provided.
