Job Responsibilities:
- Requirements, Explain the product or service to potential customers and suggest the right products to the customers.
- Handling customer queries and resolving the issues related to them.
- He/she should have great communication and convincing skills and be able to reach targets.
- Build a strong relationship/Trust with customers by Understanding the customer.
- Strong Phone & Verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Build Sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensive way.
- Should be able to coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth service to customers
