Position: Customer Service Executive


Job Description:

 

  • Interact with customers & be responsible for customer service and invoicing
  • Ensure upkeep of the office reception area
  • Be courteous and helpful to the customers at all times and ensure all customer complaints are handled swiftly and to the customer’s satisfaction
  • Achieve and maintain rapport with customers
  • Understand customer buying pattern and make reminder calls in order to ensure repeat orders
  • Understand payment patterns of credit customers and follow-up in a timely manner
  • Generate Invoices & Manage Cash
  • Generate Daily and Monthly Sales Reports
  • Prepare quotation for prospective customers
  • Maintain files & records pertaining Sales, Purchases and office expenses
  • Understand Tally end-to-end in order to generate meaningful reports and analysis & and communicate the same effectively to the management

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Female candidates only, preferably from Sarjapura area
  • Graduate with pleasing personality
  • Good communication skills & convincing abilities
  • 1-year experience in Customer Service would be ideal
  • Good Communication Skills (English, Kannada, Hindi)
  • Computer knowledge required
