Job Description

Position: Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

Interact with customers & be responsible for customer service and invoicing
Ensure upkeep of the office reception area
Be courteous and helpful to the customers at all times and ensure all customer complaints are handled swiftly and to the customer’s satisfaction
Achieve and maintain rapport with customers
Understand customer buying pattern and make reminder calls in order to ensure repeat orders
Understand payment patterns of credit customers and follow-up in a timely manner
Generate Invoices & Manage Cash
Generate Daily and Monthly Sales Reports
Prepare quotation for prospective customers
Maintain files & records pertaining Sales, Purchases and office expenses
Understand Tally end-to-end in order to generate meaningful reports and analysis & and communicate the same effectively to the management

Candidate Requirements:

Female candidates only, preferably from Sarjapura area
Graduate with pleasing personality
Good communication skills & convincing abilities
1-year experience in Customer Service would be ideal
Good Communication Skills (English, Kannada, Hindi)
Computer knowledge required
