Customer Service Executive
Job Description
1. Answer customer questions: Respond to calls, emails, chats, or messages and help customers.
2. Solve customer problems: Listen to customer issues, understand their concerns, and fix them quickly.
3. Tell customers about our services: Share details about company's plans, features, and offers.
4. Update customer info: Keep customer records up-to-date and accurate.
- Qualification: HSC or Graduate
- Skills: Good communication skills
- Shift Details: Timings: 9 am to 8 pm (any 9 hours shift)
- Working days: 6 days working
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction and Support

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person in a polite and professional manner.

Assist customers with product or service-related inquiries, including order status, returns, payments, account information, or technical support.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, processes, and resources.

Ensure all queries are resolved promptly or escalated to the appropriate department if necessary.
2. Complaint Resolution

Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Investigate issues thoroughly and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives within the service guidelines.

Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.

Document customer complaints and feedback to support process improvement efforts.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain a positive and helpful attitude toward customers at all times to build trust and loyalty.

Record and update customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM system or customer database.

Identify and report recurring issues or service gaps to improve the overall customer experience.

Promote customer retention by ensuring a seamless service experience.
4. Product and Service Knowledge

Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures.

Stay updated on new offerings, pricing changes, promotional campaigns, and system updates.

Educate customers about product features and benefits, and provide guidance to help them make informed decisions.
5. Team Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, technical support, billing) to address customer concerns effectively.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to improve knowledge and service delivery.

Share feedback and suggestions with the team to enhance overall service quality.
6. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.

Prepare daily or weekly reports on customer issues, service trends, and resolutions.

Assist in analyzing customer service data to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
