Location: Thane Highstreet, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Inbound Customer Service team at Upstox IB. This role is purely customer service-oriented, with no sales or targets involved. Ideal candidates will possess strong English communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Minimum educational qualification: HSC (12th pass).
Freshers are welcome to apply; prior customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation: CTC: ₹18,836 per month
In-hand Salary: ₹16,258 per month
Interview Process: Single operational round of interview.
