Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Support

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to resolve customer issues, provide information, or guide them through processes.

Respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, or online queries promptly and professionally.

Maintain a helpful, polite, and respectful attitude throughout the conversation.
2. Query Resolution
-
Understand customer problems clearly and provide accurate solutions.

Coordinate internally with other departments (sales, service, billing, logistics, etc.) to resolve issues.

Follow up on open queries until they are closed to the customer’s satisfaction.
3. Product/Service Knowledge
-
Develop in-depth knowledge about the company’s products or services.

Assist customers in selecting products or understanding service offerings.

Keep updated with any new changes in policies, pricing, offers, or terms.
4. Complaint Handling
-
Register and resolve complaints effectively, following company protocols.

Ensure escalation of issues to the supervisor or team leader when needed.

Maintain a calm tone with even the most dissatisfied customers and aim for a positive resolution.
5. Data Entry & Documentation
-
Log each customer interaction in the CRM or company database accurately.
-
Maintain detailed records of calls, complaints, feedback, and resolutions.
-
Track recurring issues and report them for improvement suggestions.
6. Feedback Collection & Reporting
-
Collect feedback from customers regarding their service experience.
-
Generate basic reports (daily/weekly) related to customer queries, complaint types, and satisfaction levels.

Share insights or suggestions for improving the customer experience.
