Customer Service Executive - Sales/Collection Responsibility:-
Experience - Freshers
Female Candidates
Salary :-10,000 - 15,000/ +Incentive.
Time :-9:30 to 6:30 Pm
Education :- 12th, Graduation.
Only freshers Hindi, Marathi speakers.
Location :- Nagpur
Making outbound calls to customers for collection and sales purposes.
-Sales skills important
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Proven experience as a Telecaller for Collection and Sales.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Leadership skills to guide and improve a team.
-Data entry and basic computer skills.
-Knowledge about customer relationship management systems.
-Knowledge about the best mediation and conflict resolution tactics.
-Ability to empathize with customers.
-Utmost patience while dealing with angry and agitated customers.
-Ability to respect every customer.
-Fast and efficient problem-solving skills.
