Job Description
- Customer Support officer Voice Process (Associate Level ONLY)
- Customer support to Airtel customers over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES)
- Excellent communication skills in English for Trichy) with ability to manage customer conversation ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build rapport for Voice Process Candidate should be excellent in English and ability to read and understand English..
- Candidates should be ready to work 6days/week with 1 Week Offs (rotational) *
- should be flexible to work in All shift.
- Fresher & Experienced candidates (18-35years of age)
- Undergraduates & Graduates, both are eligible
- Knowledge of basics of computer- MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point) preferred
