Customer Account Reconciliations & Follow up with Customers

• Responsible for collection of payment on time from the customers.

 Sending Quotations to customers

 Preparing Monthly reports

 Preparing Proforma Invoice & sending it to Customer & and organizing the

relevant forms & docs.

 Monitoring Actual Sales’ Vs, the Budgeted Sales on monthly basis

• DRL total Portal works & ASN making, uploading digital invoices into their

portal, Invoice verification, follow up with Excise & finance for C forms.

• Follow up with all Customers for C forms, & FORM A, ARE:1, ARE:3, I -

Forms...etc.

• Giving dispatch details to all customers and follow up with Mumbai office /

Plants for Committed dispatches.

• Sending Original Invoices to different Customers and doing Telephone

follow up with small customers for orders

• Arranging samples, shade cards, art works to different customers and follow

up with our HO to get it done.

• Cheques depositing and making CVs and sending to Our Finance Depts.

• Preparation of Sales records at our Branch office and arranging Data

whenever required.

• Back end Support works totally will take care.
