Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work ensuring timely and professional response to all complaints, requests and queries enabling satisfaction of the customer
2. Work on the abandoned cart conversion to pull up e-commerce business target achievement
3. Work on receiving, investigating and responding to all customer inquiries & complaints online/offline/social media/ live chat (optional, depending on allocation of work)
4. Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customer to use
5. Work on damaged/missing/delivery coordination & closure
