Customer Service Job in TapFame at Indore

TapFame is where mobile developers showcase their work and find other developers to collaborate with. We were founded by two Columbia University (New York) alumni and have successfully launched products in the past. We are a team of motivated individuals that have a 'build & ship' mantra. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Attending customer calls
2. Helping customers with their queries
3. Giving customers product walkthrough
4. Reporting bugs to the product team
5. Updating customer's account details
6. Managing customer accounts
7. Communicating with the sales team
