Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle the inbound & outbound communications with merchants
2. Escalate issues to the appropriate department and resolve all issues and queries in a timely fashion
3. Handle the intense call flow
4. Understand the objective of the call
5. Display an interactive way of dealing with situations
6. Highlight issues to internal teams and assist with timely resolutions
7. Identify and address customer questions related to the product and service
