Job Description
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 7th Jul'22 and 11th Aug'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Bangalore

1. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints by determining the cause of problems
2. Work on selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and follow up to ensure resolution
3. Maintain the data regarding government authorities, documentation, and compilation of files and folders
4. Recommend potential products and services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
5. Manage a large number of incoming calls
6. Build a sustainable relationship of trust
7. Work on meeting team targets for outgoing calls to generate new leads or for feedback or rapport building
8. Resolve customer complaints via phone and e-mail
9. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or reasons for calling
10. Suggest solutions in case product malfunctions
11. Compile a report on overall customer satisfaction
12. Track data and status of our online units through a computer application
13. Prioritize and manage time efficiently
