Responsibilities include:
1. Handling customer queries/concerns through multiple channels including calls, social media, and emails
2. Resolving customer complaints promptly
3. Keeping record of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
4. Providing regular feedback from customers, maintaining a report for the same
5. Coordinating with teams internally to work around resolving customer concerns
6. Communicating and coordinating with customers & order management team when required
7. Sending out Whatsapp messages as and when planned
