Job Description
• Responsible for examining & handling the daily activities of 6 people team concerning pick up/delivery for key account customers.
Generation of DSR report on daily basis for key account and other customer.

Maintain MIS and client wise performance report with the management on weekly basis.
Co-Ordination with Warehouse & Logistics people.
Handling of Clients queries relating to their outstanding payment & bills.
Ensure proper maintenance of all customers’ files – done on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
