Job Description

• Responsible for examining & handling the daily activities of 6 people team concerning pick up/delivery for key account customers.

Generation of DSR report on daily basis for key account and other customer.
Maintain MIS and client wise performance report with the management on weekly basis.

 Co-Ordination with Warehouse & Logistics people.
 Handling of Clients queries relating to their outstanding payment & bills.
 Ensure proper maintenance of all customers’ files – done on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
 Tracking of Pickup and Delivery consignments of the respective branches.
 Fast track Solutions to the disputed consignments of the customer.
 Publishing of Delivery MIS report to the respective customers.
