JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Effective inbound and outbound call handling to build up a relationship between the customer and service provider.
  • Contact customers by phone to explain advantages and features of service being sold or persuade them to purchase the services by building the customers interest.
  • Answer customer's questions pertaining to service being offered through email and telephone.
  • Provide quick resolution to all types of customer related issues.
  • Explain and Advice customers on prices, services, variables and options to assist customer in making decision.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with sales team and clients till closure of the deal.
  • Regularly follow up with the customers/ service providers/ sales team.
  • Maintain records of customer & service provider interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Graduate or Diploma Holder.
  • Proficient in English, Hindi & Marathi Languages. Gujarati language will be an added advantage.
  • Good Communication and Written skills.
  • Computer Literate and good telephone skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
  • Self-Motivated, Multi-tasking, Quick learner.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 0-3 Year work experience in sales of B2B.
  • Good communication and interaction skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through.
  • Willing to travel within the city
  • Enthusiastic about meeting new people
  • Should be able to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively with others.
