Job Description
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative helps customers by answering questions, solving problems, and providing information about products or services. The goal is to ensure that customers have a good experience and get the help they need.

Communication:
Good communication skills in basic English. -
Problem Solving:
Ability to find simple solutions to customer problems. -
Teamwork:
Work well with others and share information when needed. -
Basic Computer Skills:
Able to use basic computer programs and customer service software. -
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Support & Query Resolution:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat support.
- Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
✅ Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution:
- Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher management or technical teams if needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and problem resolution.
✅ Data Entry & Documentation:
- Maintain customer records, call logs, and issue reports in CRM software.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for process improvement.
- Ensure accurate data entry and case tracking.
✅ Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest service improvements.
✅ Compliance & Performance Goals:
- Follow company policies, service scripts, and compliance guidelines.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly customer service targets.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
