Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative helps customers by answering questions, solving problems, and providing information about products or services. The goal is to ensure that customers have a good experience and get the help they need.

Skills and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Query Resolution:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat support.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution:

  • Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher management or technical teams if needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and problem resolution.

Data Entry & Documentation:

  • Maintain customer records, call logs, and issue reports in CRM software.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for process improvement.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and case tracking.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically.
  • Collect customer feedback and suggest service improvements.

Compliance & Performance Goals:

  • Follow company policies, service scripts, and compliance guidelines.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly customer service targets.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
