Customer Service Representative (Inbound International Voice Process – Rotational Shift)

Fluency in English and Bengali Must

Responsibilities:-

• Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

• Answer calls and responds to emails.

• Provide customers with product and service information.

• Process orders.

• Identify and escalate priority issues.

• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

• Proficient in relevant computer applications.

• 5 working days with 2 rotational weeks off

• Minimum 06 months - 1 year of experience required

Requirements:-

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

• Track record of over-achieving quota.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
