Job Title : Customer Care Executive (Inbound)
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Excellent in English and Hindi (Optional).
Experience: 0-2 years

Salary: Rs 10,000 to Rs 18,000 + Rs 4500 Incentives + Food allowances
Shifts : Rotational Day Shift for Females, Rotational Day & Night Shifts For Males
Note: No Targets.

Job Description:
- Experience in Inbound or freshers
- Fluent in Written and Verbal Communication
- Should be flexible in Shifts (Day& Night)
- Should know how to converse with different types of people
Responsibilities:
- Taking customer calls and queries and doing bookings in restaurants and resorts
- Good knowledge on ecommerce
- Explaining the address and offering of a particular restaurant
- Explaining the directions/nearby restaurants to the customer
- Daily reporting about Calls, Dropped Calls and Bookings taken
- Should have a flair in speaking English and adaptive in Hindi if needed
