Job Description
Looking for client service executive with the following essentials:-
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients via meetings.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Should be able to understand design brief from clients.
- Basic understanding for design, aesthetics and printing.
- Knowledge about event operations, fabrications, budgeting and negotiations.
- Taking client feedback and analyzing them for future improvements.
- Client retention and reviving inactive or lost accounts.
- Follow up with the client for payment on due date.
Mandatory Skills : MS Office and excellent in English both written and verbal communication.
Qualification : Any Graduate / BA / MA in Mass communication
Female candidates preferred
