Job Description
- Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with existing clients.
- Develop and presenting customized solution for the clients needs.
- Actively engaging with creative and designing team to ensure that the solution being presented to the client meets/exceed expectations.
- Meeting and understanding clients need
- Understanding Additional tasks/projects/initiatives that contribute to the team/organization/market growth
- Working with team members to monitor and achieve the targets towards client conversion rate, influencing repeat customers etc.
- Extremely good looking/presentable
- Active
- Seek, process and execute client requests
- Answer queries regarding product/ services, processes and if required direct them to the account manager
- Direct development of client-customized solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of services
- Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction
- Collect feedback and resolve client complaints
