  • Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with existing clients.
  • Develop and presenting customized solution for the clients needs.
  • Actively engaging with creative and designing team to ensure that the solution being presented to the client meets/exceed expectations.
  • Meeting and understanding clients need 
  • Understanding Additional tasks/projects/initiatives that contribute to the team/organization/market growth
  • Working with team members to monitor and achieve the targets towards client conversion rate, influencing repeat customers etc.
  • Extremely good looking/presentable
  • Active
  • Seek, process and execute client requests 
  • Answer queries regarding product/ services, processes and if required direct them to the account manager
  • Direct development of client-customized solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of services
  • Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction
  • Collect feedback and resolve client complaints
