Role Summary/Purpose
The role entails providing high-quality customer service to the customers and ensuring that required service is rendered in accordance with the policies and procedures.

- Ensure efficient, effective and accurate service is provided to the customers.
- Provide customers with complete product and service information.
- Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve.
- Should have good convincing skills
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Flexible to work in Inbound/outbound environment.
