Job Description

  • Taking inbound calls/ email process & provide support to customers through established methods /procedures, standards, and guidelines as per global DSS standards
  • Proactively keep up to date on new procedures and domain updates
  • Identifies the need to escalate specific issues and follow through as required.
  • Presents detailed information and respond to management, internal clients, and Customers as required.
  • Handle email and chat to respond to customer queries / complaints
  • Work on special projects and takes additional responsibilities as assigned.
