Customer Success Engineers (Technical) are a critical face to our customers and distribution partners as the first-responder to their support requests. You also play a vital role in monitoring the health of our customer systems, proactively identifying issues that customers may not have realized are presented or reported yet. You will work closely with our team of engineers, scientists and business leaders in a collaboration.

Responsibilities

● Receive and take ownership of incoming support tickets and their resolution

● Use command line tools and logs to identify the source and scope of an issue

● Escalate issues when necessary, tracking related progress and updating customers.

● Monitor and adhere to SLA requirements on support tickets

● Monitor site performance and proactively remediate issues

● Perform system installation, upgrade and maintenance operations

● Support continuous improvement by analyzing ticket trends and recommending process,

system, and product improvements

● Curate end-user documentation, training material and support knowledge base

● Adhere to HIPAA standards and strict security standards

What would make you a great fit

● Graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred

● 2 years Deskside Support/Troubleshooting experience

● 2 years experience with remote support and VPN usage

● 2 years experience with docker

● Strong client-facing customer service skills

● Proactive problem solving and follow-through to completion with minimal oversight

● Ability to learn and adapt to rapid product changes and work in a fast paced environment

● Ability to translate technical information into user facing communication

● Ability to work collaboratively through internal communication channels

● Proficiency with using command-line tools to support services running on Linux hosts.

● Proficiency in evaluating error log files and providing root cause analysis

● Working knowledge of medical imaging terminology and procedures a plus but not required

● Strong attention to detail surrounding HIPAA compliance and security guidelines
