Job Description

Job Description - Required field executive for survey about the product of our clients. No need for bike. No sales targets. Easy and simple work get the customer feedback about the product and update the same in G-Form.

Communicating with customers through various channels.

Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Getting their feedback regarding the products, or during live chat sessions, they can ask customers to rate the service. After collecting feedback, they need to analyze and take notes of the suggestions if required, on what are the areas of further improvement.

Our customer service team will work directly with the marketing team for analyzing the feedback reports.
