We have experience & success delivering Architectural, Civil & Structural Engineering, and MEP Engineering Design plans for Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects from many of our regional centers across California. We are dedicated to providing high-quality engineering and design services to our clients.

The opportunity

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers a unique and diverse experience. The assistant will organize and prioritize multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced technology environment that promotes teamwork and shared success. This role will require a high level of coordination and communication with the team.

What will you do

Acts as a point of contact in answering and/or directing inquiries through phone, email and in-person whilst ensuring a high quality, service-driven mindset
Perform all administrative and clerical duties for the site team
Educate customers on our services and connect with the customer success manager
Work closely with sales team to assist with leads
Ensures clear communication and prompt resolution of queries.
Learn our industry to be able to continuously provide higher levels of support

What will you bring to the table

Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience with customer services or administrative experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Docs and Google Calendar
Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks in a high volume work environment
Professional and excellent phone manner.
Demonstrated ability to be highly organized and detail orientedAbility to quickly learn job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
Enthusiastic, friendly, approachable and team-oriented personality, with a positive attitude.
Willing to work on PST time zone (night shift)
