We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers a unique and diverse experience. What will you do
- Acts as a point of contact in answering and/or directing inquiries through phone, email and in-person whilst ensuring a high quality, service-driven mindset
- Perform all administrative and clerical duties for the site team
- Educate customers on our services and connect with the customer success manager
- Work closely with sales team to assist with leads
- Ensures clear communication and prompt resolution of queries.

- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience with customer services or administrative experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Docs and Google Calendar
- Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks in a high volume work environment
- Professional and excellent phone manner.
- Demonstrated ability to be highly organized and detail orientedAbility to quickly learn job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, approachable and team-oriented personality, with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work on PST time zone (night shift)
