Job Summary: We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Customer Success Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to begin their career in the insurance or BFSI sector. In this role, you will support customers after they purchase a policy, guide them through the onboarding process, answer their queries, and ensure a smooth and positive experience with our Health, Motor, and Life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers after policy purchase.
Assist with policy onboarding, documentation, and activation.
Handle customer queries and support them with claims and renewals.
Clearly explain policy details, including coverage, benefits, and exclusions.
Follow up with customers for policy renewals and upselling opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, claims) for timely resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Address escalations promptly and strive to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

What We’re Looking For:
Graduate or undergraduate (Bachelor’s degree in any stream; preferred: Business, Finance, or Insurance).
Freshers are welcome to apply!
Basic understanding of Health, Motor, and Life insurance is a plus.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
A friendly, customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply!
