About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Serve as a point of contact for assigned customers, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
2. Review the customer journey, identifying how it's supported, and taking a consultative approach in helping customers overcome issues and achieve goals
3. Engage in collaborating, problem-solving, and/or strategizing upcoming meetings with team members
