- Responsible to build and maintain good relations with clients.
- Strategic consulting and clients business need assessment and GAP analysis before deploying solutions.
- Expert in training, implementation and deployment of any project at customer end.
- Delivery of high quality customer service to existing and potential clients.
- Attitude to work on processes to achieve operational excellence especially in the area of servicing our customers.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and work independently on project assignments.
- Basic understanding of Mobile cloud technologies, Retail / FMCG Operation is a plus.
