Job Description

Responsible to build and maintain good relations with clients.
Strategic consulting and clients business need assessment and GAP analysis before deploying solutions.
Expert in training, implementation and deployment of any project at customer end.
Delivery of high quality customer service to existing and potential clients.
Attitude to work on processes to achieve operational excellence especially in the area of servicing our customers.
Ability to manage customer expectations and work independently on project assignments.
Basic understanding of Mobile cloud technologies, Retail / FMCG Operation is a plus.
