Job Description
1. Managing product and order-related queries and requests via chat, email, and phone
2. Engaging with customers to identify and assess pain points
3. Escalating issues to the relevant team (sales, product, and operations) and collaborating with them to plug the gaps
4. Must be able to anticipate and understand the needs of the customer and act accordingly
5. Maintaining a database of D2C customers
6. Strategizing and executing digital promotional initiatives that delight customers

1. Must be passionate about customer support and must be having 1+ years of experience specifically in the customer service domain
2. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambitious organization and agility while balancing multiple concurrent projects
3. Must have strong planning and organizational skills as well as attention to detail
4. Excellent communication and listening skills
5. Intermediate MS-Office proficiency
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 5 Lac/annum
