- Must have - Very good verbal and written communication skills and Ready to work in shifts
- Very good verbal and written communication skills with a flair for writing ( English medium schooling background preferred).
- Problem solving and Analytical skills .
- Experience in client communication and client management techniques will be preferred.
- Expert in Advance Excel tools, MS Word, MS Power point.
- Analyzing client issues and resolving them. Following up on pending requirements for the clients on a daily basis.
- Independently resolve most problems/questions that arise and consults with team members, development or technical staff on difficult issues.
- Assist senior development team members in identifying frequently encountered issues and developing resolutions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong orientation toward customer service.
- Preparing status reports using Excel tools to depict client issues and the progress on tasks.
- Willing to learn the Product and perform QA on the issues reported by the client on a daily basis.
- Make call to clients if the job demand and resolve the issues faced by them.
