Handle online party inquiries & help them book through email and phone calls.
To be able to answer customer inquiries using the standard guidelines properly.
Take ownership of the customer queries and proactively following through to resolution.

Required skills:

Extremely interested in taking calls with sharp focus on targets.
Good convincing skills
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills
