Job Role: Customer Support Associate
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
Required Skills:-Basic computer knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Qualification: - Any Graduate/ Post Graduate Fresher/Under Graduate with minimum 6 months experience in BPO.
Age Limit: 18 to 35Years
Shift Timing: -
- Male- 24*7 shift (Any 9 hours)
- Female - Morning 6.00 to 11.00 pm (Any 9 hours)
Salary:- 1.80LPA -2.2LPA
