Customer Support Representative
  • This is an International voice process we need candidates someone who is really good in terms of communication (English). Process deals with inbound calls.
  • No. of open position is 2. (Female)
  • We are looking for an immediate joiner.
  • Experience: - 1-2 years in International / Domestic voice campaign.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements:
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Qualification – Minimum Second PU
  • 5 working days.
  • Shifts – Fixed US Shifts
  • Timings – 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
  • CTC: - Decent hike on previous salary.
  • Transportation facility provided.
  • Between Monday to Friday (Timings 11 AM – 5 PM)
