Job Description

Client Support / Tech Support / Application Support for Financial Related Applications
Experience Level: 0 - 1+ Years
Language: English & Kannada is a must
Preferred: Male Candidate due to night shifts
Job Type: Permanent
Work Location - Banashankari 3rd Stage
Working Days - 5 Days a Week
Salary: INR 1,50,000 to 1,80,000 P.A.
Minimum Commitment - 2 Years
Probation Period - first 30 Days
Offer & Appointment Letter - Post passing Probation
Rotational Shifts - No Fixed Saturday / Sunday off.
Shift Timing - Rotational - Currently 2 Shifts (08:00-17:00 & 17:00 - 03:00)

Responsibilities and Duties:

Handle Client Request and Issues via skype
Application Monitoring and Reporting
Providing excellent customer service support to Global customers during every single interaction
Maintaining Daily Log for all the Actions performed
Adding case resolution to Knowledge Management System
