Job Description
- Hiring Customer Service Associates.
- ONLY FRESHERS- Graduates / Non-graduates with minimum PUC/12th / Diploma required.
- Selected people will be working with Frontizo Busines services supporting Customer support process (Voice/chat/Email process).
- It is 5 day working per week - shifts & weekly offs will be rotational.
- Associates communicate with customers primarily through mail, chat and phone and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Skills required :
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response.
- Problem solving .
