Experience: 0 to 15 years - Both Fresher's and Experienced candidates are eligible.

Job Description:

Voice process (Inbound & Outbound Process)
Receive calls from customers to resolve their issues
Reply to customers and address their concerns
Communicate with the client via phone to discuss ongoing issues
Handling customer queries and solving them effectively.
Good career growth.
Salary- 14k to 20k
Communication Skills should be Manageable in English and any regional lang required
Job Location: bangalore { jaynagar and jp nagar }
Shift Timings: Day shift
