Job Description
Exposure working in field sales of Insurance (Motor and Health) to End-User
● Customer-Centric and Drive In-Store sales at SPAR Hypermarket
● Good Communication Skills in both Written and Verbal
● Min Years of Experience of 1 to 3 year in Insurance field sales
● Desired Age Range-Below 30
● Base Location - SPAR stores
● You will be located in Spar Stores.
● Should speak English along with any of the regional language is a must (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu)
● Comfortable with Rotational Shifts & any Weekday Off on a 6-day working format.
● Must have an Android Smartphone
● Captive customer base- Your responsibility would be to pitch the walk-in customers regarding the product.
